Last updated: March 1, 2026Official

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service define the rules for using the Asystio platform, a SaaS service operated by Kamil Rogaczewski trading as Kamil Rogaczewski Asystio, ul. Kościuszki 60/4, 32-090 Słomniki, Poland, NIP: 9121865465, REGON: 542655431.

2. Definitions

  • Platform means the Asystio web application and related services.
  • User means a natural person, legal person or organisation using the Platform.
  • Customer means a User who enters into a service agreement or subscription.
  • Service means access to Asystio software in a SaaS model.

3. Technical Requirements

Internet access, a current web browser and an active email address are required to use the Service.

4. Payments

Settlements are made in monthly or annual periods according to the selected plan. Prices are shown in PLN unless the offer states otherwise. Payment is collected in advance for each billing period through the payment operator assigned to the selected path, payment method and migration status, in particular Autopay or Stripe.

Detailed rules for recurring card payments, payment operators, consents, reminders, cancellation of automatic payments and refunds are described in the Payment Terms.

Liability and "AS IS" basis

To the extent permitted by law, Asystio services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without additional implied warranties of uninterrupted availability, full error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

This clause does not limit consumer rights or any rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

11. Account model and separate offer terms

Asystio operates primarily as a B2B platform for companies and sole proprietors using the service for professional or business purposes. The ecosystem may also include a client/community account used for bookings, loyalty wallet, referrals, and end-user activity.

  • B2B portal: standard subscription plans, billing, company workspace, and operational modules.
  • Client/community account: consumer-facing functions, wallet, rewards, and closed-loop benefit programs.
  • Promotional offers: these apply only on the basis described in separate promotional documents.

Whenever a launch offer, promotion, or benefit program introduces additional rules, the dedicated documents prevail: Spring Launch Offer Terms 2026 and Referral Program Terms.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, standard pricing and standard subscription rules apply independently from temporary or sales-assisted special offers.
