August: from the first booking to billing

Changes from to

August focused on daily work in Asystio: business setup, the calendar, work orders, inventory and customer communication. Alongside new features, we improved saving changes, resuming interrupted work and showing what actually happened.

In this edition

  • Work orders with a customer status page
  • Smoother business and team setup
  • Better control of inventory balances

Easier business and team setup

  • Dashboard setup flows help you add services, staff and locations. We improved form guidance and returning to an unfinished setup.
  • Staff invitations now show clearer delivery status, offer a copyable invitation link and restore the form after additional identity verification.
  • We improved the return from subscription checkout. Plan confirmation now depends on the recorded payment, not simply reaching the return page.

A calendar that follows business hours

  • Bookings account for business hours, breaks, special dates and locations. We also improved resource management and walk-in appointments.
  • Appointment editing now loads the customer, service and assigned staff more reliably. In the customer portal, we refined rescheduling and cancellation under the business’s rules.

Work orders from intake to collection

  • We added operational work orders. Repair businesses can record a diagnosis, parts, pricing and repair stages, with a workflow suited to the job.
  • Customers can check progress through a shared work-order status link, which can also be included in an SMS notification.
  • We refined invoice drafts from appointments and completed work orders. Missing prices require attention instead of producing a misleading billing result.

Inventory with a movement history

  • We expanded goods receipts, batches and location-based stock. Quantity changes and transfers keep a consistent inventory movement history.
  • We improved stock counts and controls, making it easier to compare counted quantities with recorded balances and explain differences.

Customer and project context together

  • In CRM, we refined reviewing and merging duplicate customer records. Merges require checking the data and an explicit user decision.
  • Project mind maps now have a clearer structure of topics, outcomes and tasks. We improved saving them and preserving project context.
  • The shared project portal separates comments from milestone approvals. Customer views respect the granted access and offer a retry for temporary problems.

Clearer communication and automations

  • We refined the inbox and message statuses. Preparing a message, queueing it and confirming delivery are treated as separate outcomes.
  • We improved saving, editing and running automations. A test run can be separated from actual delivery, and AI message proposals remain subject to user review.

Less uncertainty in daily work

  • We simplified selected settings, business-profile and HR views. We improved action labels, save feedback and interrupted-session handling.
  • We expanded tests for bookings, work orders, invitations, payments and permissions. We continue checking complete workflows and responding to reports from real use.

This is a roundup of the main changes, not every technical change. Feature availability depends on permissions, business configuration and connected services.
