Complaint Procedure
14.1. Disabling renewal and withdrawing from the agreement
Disabling automatic payments stops subsequent renewals but normally preserves access until the paid period ends. Statutory withdrawal and complaints are separate rights. Account deletion is not required. See subscription cancellation.
14.2. Right of withdrawal
A consumer who enters into an agreement online may withdraw within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason. This protection also applies to a sole proprietor where the agreement is directly related to their business but is not professional in character within the meaning of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.
Send an unambiguous withdrawal statement before the deadline to [email protected] or to Kamil Rogaczewski Asystio, ul. Kościuszki 60/4, 32-090 Słomniki, Poland. Using the form below is optional.
Payments are refunded within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal statement. If performance started before the withdrawal period ended at the Customer's express request, a proportionate charge for services supplied before withdrawal is possible only where statutory conditions, including the required disclosures, are met. Signing in alone does not waive the right of withdrawal. Starting an ongoing subscription does not mean the service has been fully performed.

14.3. Submitting and handling complaints
Any Customer can complain at [email protected], [email protected] or by post to the provider's address. Include information identifying the account or order, describe the issue and the remedy requested. Screenshots without sensitive data may be attached.
We respond on paper or another durable medium, including email, within 14 days of receipt. For consumers, failure to reply within the statutory deadline has the consequences specified in Article 7a of the Polish Consumer Rights Act. A request for more information does not remove statutory deadlines.
14.4. Conformity of the digital service
We are responsible for conformity with the agreement under the applicable law. An entitled Customer may request that the service be brought into conformity and, where statutory conditions are met, a price reduction or withdrawal. These rights are not discretionary goodwill remedies and do not depend on an additional warranty. Sole proprietors are protected to the extent provided by law.
14.5. How payments are refunded
Refunds use the original payment method; card refunds return to the account linked to the card. Another method requires explicit agreement from the Customer and must not cause additional costs. The deadline depends on the legal basis for the refund; we confirm its method and processing by email. Incorrect or duplicate charges are investigated and amounts not due are refunded.
For B2B agreements outside consumer protection, disabling renewal alone does not entitle the Customer to a refund for a properly supplied period. This does not exclude claims for non-performance or improper performance. Any separate promotional refund guarantee remains applicable.
14.6. Assistance and dispute resolution
Contact: [email protected], tel. +48 666 232 120. Consumers can seek help from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman and consult UOKiK's alternative dispute resolution information. This information is not a commitment to participate in every procedure; we communicate our position in accordance with the applicable law. Alternative resolution does not remove the right to go to court.
