Referral Program Terms

1. Organizer

The referral program is organized by Kamil Rogaczewski trading as Asystio, ul. Kościuszki 60/4, 32-090 Słomniki, Poland, NIP: 9121865465, REGON: 542655431, contact: [email protected].

2. Nature of the program

The Asystio referral program is a closed-loop benefit program available only to logged-in client accounts in Asystio.

• The program works exclusively in the client -> business model.
• The program is not a cash affiliate scheme, commission payout, or lottery.
• Rewards are granted exclusively as loyalty points credited to the closed Asystio wallet.

3. How a referral works

1. The client logs in, accepts the referral terms, and uses the referral code or referral link assigned in Asystio.
2. The referred company contacts Asystio or enters the sales flow with the referrer's code attached before the first payment.
3. If the referred company meets the qualification conditions, the referrer receives a points-based reward.

4. When a company qualifies

A company is considered qualified only if all of the following apply:

• it is a new company that did not previously have an active paid Asystio subscription;
• it was correctly attached to the referrer's code or link before the first payment;
• its first subscription payment is successfully completed.

One company can generate only one reward in the program.

5. Reward for the referrer

The default launch reward is 1,000 loyalty points for one qualified company and is credited only after the referred company's first successful payment is confirmed.

• Points are not cash, cannot be withdrawn, transferred to a bank account, or converted into legal tender.
• Points can be used only according to the wallet and rewards catalog rules inside Asystio.
• The rewards catalog may be manually stocked, updated, or limited by availability.

6. Using the points

Points may be exchanged for rewards visible in the current benefits catalog. This document does not guarantee the ongoing availability of any specific brand, voucher, or physical reward. Launch examples may include rewards corresponding to values such as PLN 25, PLN 50, or PLN 100 when such rewards are visible in the catalog.

7. Exclusions

No reward is granted in particular for:

• self-referrals, including referring your own company or an entity you control;
• attempts to attach the same company to more than one referrer after the first payment;
• companies that were already paid customers of Asystio;
• abuse of the program, false data, or violations of the Asystio rules;
• lack of a successful first subscription payment by the referred company.

8. Public content and ad disclosure

If a participant publicly publishes a referral link or code and receives a material benefit in return, the participant should mark the content as advertising in line with UOKiK guidance and good disclosure practice.

9. Reversal or correction of rewards

Asystio reserves the right to reject, reverse, or correct a granted reward if it later turns out that the referral was invalid, duplicated, abusive, or assigned by mistake.

10. Program changes

Asystio may update the program rules, reward values, catalog content, or the duration of temporary referral campaigns. Properly granted rewards are not affected retroactively unless a correction results from abuse or an obvious error.
