Asystio Advantage offer terms (from 25 July 2026)

1. Organizer

The offer is organized by Kamil Rogaczewski trading as Kamil Rogaczewski Asystio, ul. Kościuszki 60/4, 32-090 Słomniki, Poland, NIP: 9121865465, REGON: 542655431, contact: [email protected].

2. Scope

The offer covers the Asystio Advantage plan, one subscription for the whole client organization. The Hegemon plan remains available only through an individual quote and is not covered by these terms. An account without an active plan is a technical account state, not a sales offer.

3. Price and billing

  • Monthly billing: PLN 149 net per month for the whole organization.
  • Annual billing: PLN 1,548 net for 12 months, charged once upfront at the start of the period, which equals PLN 129 net per month.
  • VAT is added to all amounts at the applicable rate (currently 23%).
  • The price does not depend on the number of employee accounts. Adding another user changes neither the price nor the limits.

4. Included pools

Pools are shared across the whole organization and refresh every billing period. Current values are published in the pricing: 250 AI Points per month, 100 SMS per month, 100 AI Mirror try-ons per day, 2,000 emails per month, 2,000 text receptionist conversations per month and 100 automation runs per month. Unused subscription AI Points do not carry over. Separately purchased points keep their balance.

5. The PLN 9.99 trial

  • The starting fee is PLN 9.99 and is charged once.
  • Asystio does not store a payment method for a later charge and does not start an automatic subscription when the trial ends.
  • After 14 days the client decides in a separate step whether to activate a subscription and whether to pay monthly or annually.
  • If during the trial the client finds that the service does not meet expectations, Asystio refunds the PLN 9.99 upon a request sent to [email protected].

6. Bonus for the first 15 companies

  • The first 15 companies that register and activate the Advantage plan by 31 August 2026 receive an increased pool of 250 SMS per month instead of the standard 100 SMS.
  • The bonus is assigned to the organization and applies for as long as the Advantage subscription stays active.
  • The bonus cannot be exchanged for money or for other pools.
  • The limit of 15 places reflects Asystio's real onboarding capacity: each of these companies receives personal support with data migration and configuration.

7. Onboarding queue

Once the 15 places are taken, further clients are not turned away. They can buy the Advantage plan on standard terms, and onboarding support is delivered in order of registration as team capacity frees up. We communicate the expected onboarding date to the email address given at registration.

8. Other provisions

Matters not covered by these terms are governed by the Terms of Service and the billing rules. Clients who signed up on earlier pricing terms keep the scope and prices accepted at the time of purchase until the end of the paid billing period.
