What to use instead of Versum: how to switch calmly
Versum stopped selling on 31 January 2022 and points new users to Booksy Biz. If your salon still runs on Versum or is looking for a program, here is a checklist for before the switch and a description of how your data moves to Asystio.
What happened to Versum
- The versum.pl website states that sales of the Versum system ended on 31 January 2022.
- It is also no longer possible to create a Versum test account.
- According to that page, ending sales does not affect the system for people who already use it. The page refers new users to Booksy Biz.

What to check before switching programs
Before you switch anything off, go through this list. It takes one calm evening and saves a lot of stress.
Export of clients and visits
Check whether your current program can save clients and visits to a file, and what exactly is in it: names, phone numbers, visit dates, services, prices. Ask the provider if you cannot find the option.
Client consents
Marketing and messaging consents are part of the salon's records. Keep a separate copy, because they may not come across with the file.
History and notes
Treatment cards, colour formulas and notes about a client are sometimes outside the main file or squeezed into one column. Look at a sample before you assume you have everything.
Future visits and vouchers
Write down the bookings for the coming weeks and any unused vouchers and passes. These are the easiest things to lose in a switch.
A copy of the file with you
Keep the export yourself, wherever you move. That way you do not depend on any single program.

Move to another program, for example Asystio
Compare prices and scope using dated price lists, not advertising copy. Asystio is not a salon search: clients reach you from your booking page, Instagram and Messenger.
Stay on Versum while it works
According to the Versum page, the system keeps working for current users. You do not have to switch in a hurry, but it is worth having a fresh export of your data now.
How moving to Asystio works
We handle Booksy and Calendly exports and plain CSV files. If your program can save clients and visits to a file, we start from that. We look at the Versum file format on a sample and do not promise a ready-made import before we have seen it.
