Asystio
Connector for AI assistants

Asystio in Claude and ChatGPT

The connector lets you ask an AI assistant of your choice about appointments, customers and messages in your company. The assistant works read-only and sees only what you see in Asystio.

Paste it into Claude or ChatGPT settings, following the guide below.

What it is

The Asystio connector links your Asystio account to an MCP-compatible AI assistant. It works with Claude (claude.ai, Claude Desktop and Claude Code) and with ChatGPT (developer mode connectors; a listing in the ChatGPT app directory will come later).

Instead of opening more screens, you ask the assistant in your own words and it reads the data it needs from Asystio and answers. Read-only operations do not consume AI Points.

Who can use it

  • The connector is available from the Przewaga plan (and in the Hegemon plan).
  • A company owner or admin first enables it in Asystio: Settings, Integrations, "AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT)", and accepts the consent text (version 2026-10).
  • Then each employee connects with their own Asystio account and picks one company.
  • The assistant sees only what that employee sees in Asystio: the same role, the same module permissions and the same record scope.

How to connect

Before you start, make sure a company admin has enabled the integration (see above).

Claude

  1. In claude.ai open Settings, then Connectors, and choose Add custom connector.
  2. Paste the connector address shown at the top of this page and confirm.
  3. Claude Desktop works the same way, from the app settings.
  4. In Claude Code a single terminal command is enough:
claude mcp add --transport http asystio https://mcp.asystio.pl/mcp

ChatGPT

  1. In ChatGPT open Settings, then Apps & Connectors, then Advanced and turn on Developer mode.
  2. Choose Create, enter a name (for example Asystio) and paste the connector address as the MCP URL.
  3. Choose OAuth as the authentication method.

Consent on auth.asystio.pl

On first use the assistant sends you to the consent page at auth.asystio.pl. You sign in with your Asystio account, pick one company and approve the scopes shown below. Every one of them is read-only.

ScopeDescription on the consent page
asystio:readBasic information about the company and your role
calendar:readAppointment calendar (read-only)
crm:readCRM customers (read-only)
inbox:readMessage inbox (read-only)
reports:readDaily summaries (read-only)

What the assistant can and cannot do

What it can do (8 tools, read-only)

  • Company context: basic information about the company and your role.
  • List of calendar appointments (range of up to 31 days).
  • Details of a single appointment.
  • Customer search in the CRM.
  • Customer card.
  • List of inbox threads, for review and deciding what to handle first.
  • A single inbox thread.
  • Daily summary.

Money figures are shown only to people with finance access. Notes are available only on request and only for managers and above.

What it never does

  • It never sends messages.
  • It never takes payments.
  • It never issues invoices.
  • It never deletes data.
  • It never reads health intake answers.

Text from third parties, such as customer messages, is masked for codes, passwords, card and account numbers and national ID (PESEL) numbers, and fenced against instructions hidden in the text (prompt injection). Every tool call is logged: who, when and which tool.

Example prompts

These are things the assistant can answer with the read tools:

  • „Show my appointments for tomorrow.”
  • „Find the customer Anna Kowalska and show her card.”
  • „Which customers have not visited us in 3 months?”
  • „Go through the new inbox threads and tell me which to handle first.”
  • „Give me the daily summary.”

Privacy and data processing

The AI assistant processes data under the company's own agreement with its provider, that provider's privacy policy and the company's account configuration. The assistant provider is not an Asystio subprocessor.

Whether processing takes place outside the European Economic Area depends on the provider and on the company's plan and account configuration. The company is responsible for checking this.

Asystio shares data only at the request of the connected user, read-only and within the approved scopes. We keep no copy of the answers, only a call log.

The full rules are in the Privacy Policy (section 11) and the AI Policy. Privacy Policy, AI Policy.

Security

  • OAuth 2.1 authentication with PKCE.
  • Tokens are bound to one person, one company and the approved scopes.
  • Access tokens are short-lived (1 hour) and refresh tokens rotate.
  • Servers in the European Union (Google Cloud, europe-west4).
  • Signing keys are held in Cloud KMS.
  • Every tool call is recorded in the log.

How to disconnect

  • The company admin switches the integration off in Asystio. Access is blocked immediately and issued tokens are revoked.
  • An employee can disconnect the connector in Claude or ChatGPT.
  • Removing a person from the company also cuts their access.
