What a salon pays in Booksy: subscription, Boost and payments
Booksy charges a subscription for every person on the team and adds a commission for new clients from Boost. Below is the full official price list, a worked example and a calculator. Checked 30.10.2026, net amounts.
Who pays for what
- Subscription
- You pay every month: PLN 145 for the first person and PLN 35 for each additional one. The bigger the team, the higher the bill.
- Boost
- No monthly fee. When Boost is switched on and a new client books through it, Booksy takes 45% net of that first visit, up to PLN 250 net.
- Mobile payments
- 1.89% + PLN 0.49 per transaction. This is a separate fee, independent of the subscription and Boost.

How the Boost commission works, with an example
You switch Boost on. A new client books through Boost for a service priced at PLN 200 net.
Booksy takes 45% of that first visit, which is PLN 90 net. The commission applies to the first visit, not to later ones.
For a more expensive service the cap applies. First visit at PLN 600: 45% is PLN 270, so Booksy takes at most PLN 250 net. The cap starts to apply from a price of about PLN 556.
If Boost is switched off, there is no such commission.
The service prices in the example are illustrative and only explain the rule. The rates come from the Booksy price list.

Booksy amounts are net, the Asystio price is final. Excluding Booksy mobile payments (1.89% + PLN 0.49 per transaction) and excluding the online payment operator's fees on the Asystio side.
What Booksy gives you that Asystio does not
Booksy gives you a salon search and an app for clients. Asystio does not have one: clients reach you from your own channels, which are your booking page, Instagram and Messenger.
If you get clients from Booksy search today, count how many before you give up your profile. During the trial you can keep your Booksy profile and run the salon in both programs.

- Will I pay a commission if I do not use Boost?
- According to the price list, no. The 45% commission applies only to clients brought in by Boost and only when Boost is switched on. You pay the subscription either way.

The start is 14 days for PLN 9.99.
