Spring Launch Offer Terms 2026

1. Organizer

The organizer of the promotion is Kamil Rogaczewski trading as Asystio, ul. Kościuszki 60/4, 32-090 Słomniki, Poland, NIP: 9121865465, REGON: 542655431, contact: [email protected].

2. Promotion period

The promotion is valid from March 30, 2026 until April 30, 2026, inclusive.

3. Eligible participants

The promotion is intended exclusively for new companies and sole proprietors purchasing Asystio for direct business or professional purposes.

  • The promotion is not addressed to consumers.
  • The promotion is not available to businesses that already had an active paid Asystio plan.
  • Asystio may refuse the offer if the company provides incorrect data, violates the rules, or does not meet the offer requirements.

4. Promotion scope

The offer applies only to the Radar, Przewaga, and Dominacja plans billed on a monthly basis.

  • Skaut is excluded from this promotion.
  • Hegemon remains available only via a direct sales-assisted offer through [email protected].
  • The offer does not cover annual billing, top-ups, additional Coin packages, implementation services, custom work, or other add-ons unless Asystio confirms otherwise in writing or by email.

5. Promotional benefit

Eligible participants receive a 50% discount on the subscription price for the first 3 paid monthly billing periods assigned to one selected tenant.

After the promotional window ends, the subscription continues at the standard price visible on the current Asystio pricing page unless the parties agree otherwise.

6. How the offer is activated

This promotion is sales-assisted and is not activated through a public promo checkout.

  1. The business contacts Asystio at [email protected] or through an agreed contact channel.
  2. Asystio verifies the company data, selected plan, and eligibility for the offer.
  3. After successful verification, the offer is manually attached to the tenant or sales process.
  4. Activation requires acceptance of these terms and successful completion of the first payment in the agreed sales flow.

7. Exclusions and loss of eligibility

The right to the promotion may be lost in particular if:

  • the sales flow or first payment is not completed successfully;
  • false or incomplete company data is provided;
  • the promotion is transferred to another tenant or entity without Asystio's consent;
  • the participant abuses the promotion or violates Asystio rules;
  • the participant attempts to combine this promotion with other discounts, codes, or special offers without explicit approval.

8. Combining with other offers

The promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, special pricing, or benefits unless Asystio expressly confirms otherwise by email or in writing.

9. Commercial character of the offer

This promotion is a temporary commercial offer for business customers and applies only on the terms described in this document. All matters not expressly regulated here are governed by the main Asystio Terms of Service and the current Asystio pricing.
