Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: March 1, 2026Official

This Acceptable Use Policy outlines prohibited activities and content when using the Asystio platform. By using Asystio, you agree to comply with these rules to ensure a safe and lawful environment for all users.

1. Prohibited Content

Users must not upload, store, or transmit through the platform any content that:

  • Violates applicable laws - including defamatory, hateful, violent, or illegal content.
  • Infringes third-party rights - copyrighted material, trade secrets, or personal data obtained without authorization.
  • Contains special category data - health, political, genetic, or criminal data, unless a separate written agreement with Asystio permits it.
  • Constitutes spam or phishing - unsolicited marketing messages or attempts to obtain credentials fraudulently.
  • Is harassing or abusive - threats, vulgar content, or material intended to intimidate others.

2. Prohibited Technical Activities

  • Circumventing security or rate limits: Do not attempt to bypass API rate limits (60 requests/minute), create multiple accounts to increase capacity, or use proxies/botnets to evade restrictions.
  • Reverse engineering: Decompilation, disassembly, or unauthorized access attempts are forbidden. Vulnerability scanning requires prior written consent (see our Responsible Disclosure program).
  • Resource abuse: Do not generate excessive load (DoS attacks, mass uploads, automated request floods) that degrades service for other users.
  • Malware: Do not introduce viruses, trojans, exploits, or other malicious code. This includes prompt injection attempts against AI features.
  • Unauthorized automation: API access must follow our documentation and rate limits. Automated account creation or fake traffic generation is prohibited.

3. AI and Data Usage

  • Prohibited AI uses: Do not use Asystio AI to generate illegal content, hate speech, deepfakes, or content designed to deceive or harm others.
  • Training on unauthorized data: Do not feed databases of personal data obtained illegally into AI features for analysis.
  • Output responsibility: Users are responsible for AI-generated content. Verify generated text before commercial publication, as models may inadvertently reproduce protected material.

4. Hero Mode Rules

  • No scraping of service provider data for commercial or competitive purposes.
  • No manipulation of search results (fake reviews, artificial ranking boosts).
  • Service provider contact data may only be used for legitimate service inquiries.
  • No-show fraud (booking without intent to attend) is prohibited.
  • Impersonation of other service providers is forbidden.

5. Asystio Mirror Rules

  • Only use Mirror on your own image - do not use photos of others without consent.
  • Creating deepfakes using Mirror is strictly prohibited.
  • Virtual products may be protected by IP rights - do not copy or commercialize without authorization.
  • Mirror processes images locally in the browser. Asystio does not access your camera feed.

6. Consequences of Violations

Violations may result in:

  • Warning via email with a deadline to cease prohibited activity.
  • Temporary account suspension pending investigation.
  • Content removal (notice and takedown).
  • Immediate termination for severe or repeated violations.
  • Reporting to law enforcement where criminal activity is involved.

Sanctions do not entitle users to refunds for unused subscription periods.

7. Reporting Abuse

Report policy violations to [email protected]. Reports are investigated promptly and reporter identity is kept confidential where possible.
